SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How it works
Smaller pieces may be sent out via selected shipping methods with insurance and registration. Depending on the size and complexity of the design, it is customary to have the weaver "hand carry" larger pieces to the final destination with housing, per diem, and transportation provided. Typically items are sent out within 72 hours of completion unless otherwise specified.
WARRANTY
Our store policy
Once a commission is placed and the deposit is secured, weaving begins. Each weaving will have it's own commission schedule and payment process, and once completed a notification will be sent out via the agreed chanels and shipping will be organized as per the contract.
I take pride in crafting each handmade commission with meticulous attention to detail and quality craftsmanship with cultural integrity. However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If, at any time, a single earring has been misplaced, I will strive to offer a one time replacement based on supplies and availability.
In no event shall I, the Artist, be liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind. Each piece of regalia comes with care instructions that need to be followed to ensure the longevity of the piece. Only reglaia purchased directly from myself or our authorised sellers will be eligible for warranty. Note that monetary reimbursement is not available, nor is the warranty transferable.
